09/17 & 18/2011 Gunfighter Skies 2011 air show is scheduled at Mountain Home Air Force Base and will feature the Air Force Thunderbirds aerial demonstration team both days. The air show’s theme is “Global Warriors..Hometown Heroes” which recognizes the partnership between MHAFB’s American and Republic of Singapore personnel as well as the base’s links to the local community and region. The air show is free and open to the public. Gates open at 8 a.m., ramp opens at 9 a.m. and performances begin at 11 a.m. Aerial demonstrations are scheduled throughout the day. We invite you to come in and relax after the hot day of aerial demonstrations, enjoy a delicious meal and a cool drink and wait for the traffic to clear out!
