We are proud to offer a selection of gluten-free options for those guests who are gluten intolerant. While we do take extra steps to prevent cross contamination of gluten, due to the nature of our business we cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free product.
Gluten Free Pastas:
- Pasta Primavera – Penne noodles tossed with vegetables and our freshly made Alfredo sauce.
- Penne Alfredo with Chicken – Penne with a delicious sauce made of fresh garlic, reggianito parmesan, and cream and tossed with marinated chicken.
- Penne Pomodoro – Fresh garlic, basil, and roma tomatoes make for a light and tasty dish!
- Baked Penne – Gluten-free penne topped with our marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, pesto sauce, our three cheese blend, and baked.
- Many of our regular dishes can be made with gluten-free noodles so be sure to ask your server if you see something that temps your taste buds!
From the Broiler:
Don’t overlook the Grill, items like Poached Salmon, and Pollo San Marcos, and, of course, our Grilled Sirloin!

Choose from any of our traditional combinations, Specialty pizzas, or build your own. All of the ingredients listed on the pizza menu are gluten-free.
