We have family sized pizzas, which are a great way to affordably please the group as well as fresh
sautéed pastas and delicious sandwiches and salads.
For those wanting to be adventurous, we have developed
some unique tastes and flavors for our dishes. In addition, Smoky
Mountain is open for lunch and dinner, so come on in and
let one of our friendly and knowledgeable servers take
care of the rest.
When
you get the chance, grab the gang and head to a Smoky
Mountain Pizza and Pasta or our Pizzeria Grill.
Or, if you prefer, you can use our friendly delivery
service.
PS: When you stop in, introduce yourself to the crew, or
at least drop in a comment card so that we can get back
to you. The more we get to know you the better we can
serve you!

Smoky Mountain Pizza & Pasta is a dynamic, casual Italian
restaurant concept dedicated to our customers and
their dining experience. The first restaurant
was opened by David and Jerry Todd in Ketchum,
Idaho, during the winter of 1991/1992. They
saw the need for a restaurant that offered a casual
dining experience coupled with a quality menu, so
this is what they set out to do.
The
original location began with one simple yet sound
operating premise: to provide exceptional food,
better than expected service, affordable pricing,
and thus, provide the customer, an extra-ordinary
dining experience, which is to say, simply beyond ordinary!
Realizing that the company had a tremendous future,
the Todd family became interested in introducing the
concept to more communities. The second
restaurant was opened in Eagle, Idaho, in 1995.
The store quickly won the acclaim and respect of the
Eagle residents and soon became the repeated winner
of the Eagle Customer Appreciation Day award.
The company is currently operating eight locations,
seven in Southern Idaho, and one in Sandy, Utah.
The growth of the company is due, in large part, to
the outstanding individuals that make up the
restaurant teams. While the strength of the
Smoky Mountain concept is a great foundation, the
company's ability to attract talented and capable
individuals is the true source of success.

The premise, moving forward, is as simple as the
original: continue to develop relationships by
taking great care of each and every guest and our
employees. With this idea in mind, our focus
is to ensure a beneficial, productive, and positive
atmosphere as we continue to evolve.

Our newest Pizzeria Grill is located at 980 E. Fairview Avenue - just west of Locust Grove Road on Fairview. It opened in December 2006 and utilizes the same concepts as the Nampa restaurant. Come in and see us! We also offer delivery service. Give us a call at 884-1067
On May 23, 2006, we opened the
doors to our awesome new facility in Nampa featuring 4800 sq. feet with an
open kitchen allowing for an easy flow that will
ensure customer service at its finest. The facility
broke ground the week of December 12, 2005 and is
now OPEN!
The
newly designed facility has been created
to promote an open atmosphere and is the launching pad for the next generation of
Smoky Mountains, the Pizzeria Grill.
What’s with the new subtitle?
We are excited to take the next step to not
only serve our tried and true menu options,
but to add some great grilled menu selections.
The new branding
differentiates us by allowing the addition of
healthier grilled menu items. While still offering
favorites like the tasty Sonoma Chicken and all of
our familiar pizza favorites, we have added new and
exciting menu options.
The
new open kitchen allows our customers to see where the action is and helps create a sense of being part
of the family. After all, isn’t the kitchen where
the guests usually gather! The flow of the
restaurant has been taken into mind as well to
create the best experience for customers and employees alike.
This template is the
next stepping stone for the growth of Smoky Mountain
and provides a set plan for expansion into new
areas. With a set restaurant design, our traveling customers now will be able to recognize Smoky
Mountain as we grow into new areas.
