At Smoky Mountain we always use the freshest ingredients available.

Beginning with our appetizers – our delectable Brie Kisses are prepared in the kitchen when you order them. They are brie cheese wrapped with a puff pastry and served with a boysenberry jalapeño dipping sauce. Our Southwestern Spring Rolls and Crispy Chicken Thai Rolls are hand rolled wraps around the freshest of ingredients.

For our pizzas – we are proud to offer freshly made hand-tossed pizza dough…always cooked to order!

We make our Alfredo Sauce from scratch in the sauté pan as the pastas are prepared. We incorporate reggianito parmesan into our sauce along with freshly chopped garlic and seasonings to create a fresh and unique taste. Combine any pasta with our marinated chicken or shrimp and a medley of fresh vegetables and create a meal to remember.

Our salads are a meal in themselves. They are fresh and hearty, and we pride ourselves on our homemade seasoned croutons.
